1.    Avocado

Avocado is among the most popular fruits in the cosmetic industry. Although it’s mostly used in manufacturing skin products, it’s increasingly becoming popular in hair products. Avocado is very rich in protein, fat, natural oil and essential acids. Just smash a ripe avocado and make a smooth paste. Wet your hair and apply the mix and leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse it well. This fruit will coat and soften your hair keeping it hydrated, flexible and healthy. You can try it once per month or more for great results.

2.    Egg

Eggs for HairThe egg has been used for years as a homemade hair conditioner. If you’re suffering from a dry or brittle hair, this is an excellent solution to your problem. It’s perfect for moisturizing your hair to keep it hydrated. Mix the egg to a smooth paste, clean your hair and apply the mixture. Leave it for twenty minutes and after that, rinsing it well with cold water. You should do at least once a month for great transformation of your hair. It strengthens and also adds softness, shine and nourishes your hair.

3.    Coconut Oil

This oil is fully packed with nutrients making it perfect home remedy for your dry and damaged hair. The oil nutritional value is probably the best that you can find. It quickly penetrates to the hair shaft to provide the moisture and essential nutrients to keep your hair looking great and healthy. Apply the coconut oil and cover your head with a shower cap, leave it for one hour and then rinse it well. It helps in moisturizing and conditioning your hair, making it healthy and glowing with shine.

4.   Aloe Vera

This is probably among the most popular plants in the cosmetic and hair treatment industry. The plant’s extract is known for its humectant properties that help in repairing damaged hair. The juice contains enzymes, vitamin C and E, and amino acids that are crucial for healthy hair. Just apply the aloe vera juices directly on your damaged hair and leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes, then wash it off with warm water.

5.    Mayonnaise

If your hair is giving trouble, then mayonnaise could be what it needs. The solution works great for dry and damaged hair. It contains valuable ingredients which are beneficial to your hair. The protein and oil in it help in strengthening, moisturizing and rebuilding your hair, making it glossier, softer and shinier. Apply it as a hair mask to the root and length of your hair and leave it for 30 minutes. Afterward, rinse it off with warm water. You can apply it at least twice a month, and you will be impressed by the results.

6.    Hot Oil

Hot oil treatment is another great home remedy for dry and damaged hair. You can use different types of oils including olive, coconut, almond, castor, lanoline or corn oil. All you need is to massage your scalp using the hot oil to the length of your hair. This nourishes your locks, add glossiness, softness, and shine to restore your dry, brittle and damaged hair. Hot oil also prevents further damages to your hair by promoting healthy hair growth.  Just heat some oil over low heat until it becomes warm, apply it and massage it into your hair and scalp. Make sure you cover all part of your hair, put on a shower cap to cover it so that it deeply penetrates to your hair and scalp. You then leave it for 20 minutes and afterward rinse it well with warm water for perfect results.
